("HiWave" or the "Company")

Appointment of administrators and cancellation of listing of ordinary shares

The Board of HiWave announced on 25 February 2013 that it intended to commence the process of appointment of administrators shortly thereafter, and that a request had therefore been made to the UKLA to suspend the ordinary shares of the Company from trading. That suspension took effect prior to commencement of trading on 25 February 2013.

The appointment of James Sleight and Peter Hart, partners of Geoffrey Martin & Co, as the administrators of the Company took effect on 6 March 2013.

In accordance with the Listing Rules, application has now been made for all of the Company's ordinary shares to be removed from the Official List and from trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, which cancellation of listing is expected to take place with effect on 8 March 2013.
