Hardy Underwriting Group All Employee Share Incentive Plan

Hardy Underwriting Bermuda Limited announces that it was advised on the 9 December 2011 that the Trustees of the Hardy Underwriting Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), purchased the following Hardy Underwriting Bermuda Limited Common shares of 20p each:

On 8 December 2011 - 15,195 Hardy Underwriting Bermuda Limited Common Shares of 20p each at GBP1.91 per share in respect of the November allocation under the terms of the Plan. Of these shares 5,065 were acquired as Partnership Shares (paid for by participating employees), and 10,130

shares were bought by the Company as Matching Shares.

The registered holder of all shares is Lloyds TSB Corporate Nominees Limited designation AESOP 1.
