Computershare Company Secretarial Services (Jersey) Limited has agreed to extend its service agreement with Galasys for the provision of company secretarial and registered office services until 19th August 2016. The Company is in advanced discussions with an alternative provider of such services which it expects to conclude within this timeframe.
