Globus Maritime Ltd Announces Filing of its 2009 Annual Report and Date for the 
2010 Annual General Meeting 
 
Athens, Greece, June 23, 2010. Globus Maritime Ltd ("Globus" or the "Company") 
(AIM: GLBS), a global shipping transportation company that owns and operates dry 
bulk carriers, announces that it has filed the Annual Report and Accounts for 
the year ended December 31, 2009. The Annual Report which includes the 2009 
Audited Consolidated Financial Statements, is available for download under the 
"Investor Relations" section on the Company's website www.globusmaritime.gr 
The Annual Report together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and 
proxy form will be posted to shareholders in the next few days. The Company's 
AGM will be held on July 28, 2010 at 12.00 noon UK time (2.00 pm local time) at 
the offices of Globus Shipmanagement Corp., on the 3rd floor at 128 Vouliagmenis 
Avenue, in Glyfada, 166 74 Greece.

cargoes, including among others iron ore, coal, grain, cement, and fertilizers, 
along worldwide shipping routes. Currently, Globus owns and operates one panamax
