Geiger Counter Limited announces
that on 03 February 2025, it purchased 199,500 ordinary shares of
no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price
of 49.89 pence per Ordinary Share.
All Ordinary Shares repurchased by
the Company under its share repurchase programme are to be held in
Treasury. In total, since the Annual General Meeting on 9 March
2023 the Company has repurchased 16,815,448 Ordinary
Shares.
Following the purchase, the Company
has 135,853,899 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue plus
16,820,350 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
