                              Holdings In Company                              

The Company today received the two following notifications:

Gartmore Investment Limited, Gartmore Fund Managers Limited and Gartmore Global
Partners purchased 8,333,333 Ordinary Shares at 3 pence per share in FDC on 14
October 2004. Their resultant total holding is 60,033,333 Ordinary Shares
representing 16.73% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Additionally, the Company was informed that Vidacos Nominees Limited A/C 1945
purchased 1,666,667 Ordinary Shares in FDC on 14 October 2004 and now holds a
total of 17,886,828 Ordinary Shares. This represents 4.99% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
