Change in Substantial Shareholdings



Sydney, Australia - 30 August, 2005 - eServGlobal Limited (ASX:ESV & LSE:ESG), a
specialised supplier of large-scale telecoms network software and services to
telecommunications carriers, today announced a change in the shareholding of
three significant investors.



*         Wallaby Hill Pty Ltd, a company associated with Mr Ian Buddery,
Executive Chairman of eServGlobal Limited, has today sold one million
(1,000,000) shares.

*         Mr Patrick McGrory, Chief Executive Officer of eServGlobal Limited,
has today sold five hundred thousand (500,000) shares.

*         Guinness Peat Group plc, a substantial shareholder in eServGlobal
Limited has increased its holding in eServGlobal Limited by acquiring one
million four hundred and eighty thousand (1,480,000) shares.





Mr Ian Buddery, Executive Chairman, said: "These transactions have enabled our
cornerstone investor, Guinness Peat Group, to further increase their investment
in eServGlobal whilst allowing Patrick and my company to realise capital.  It
should be noted that the shares sold represent a small component of our total
shareholding.  Wallaby Hill Pty Ltd will continue to hold 15,055,982 shares and
Mr McGrory will hold a relevant interest in 3,532,707 shares after this
transaction.



Mr McGrory, CEO, said: "We both remain fully committed to continuing the growth
