                      Receipt of final Placing proceeds


Further to the announcement released on 20 April 2007 relating to the delay in
payment for part of the proceeds of the Company's placing of ordinary shares on
31 March 2007 (the "Placing"), the Company is pleased to announced that the
final outstanding amount of GBP50,000 has been received. This now completes the
Placing.
