    Dexion Alpha Strategies Limited (the "Company")

    Conversion between Share Classes

    In respect of the September 2008 Conversion Calculation Date and on the basis of the net asset values of the Company's Ordinary Shares
as at 30 September 2008 (as previously announced on 30 October 2008) (and using spot currency exchange rates as appropriate, in each case as
at 30 September 2008), the Conversion Ratios, calculated in accordance with the Company's articles of association are as follows:

 0.9014 EUR Shares for every one � Share 

 1.0355 US$ Shares for every one � Share

 1.1094 � Shares for every one EUR Share

 0.9657 � Shares for every one US$ Share


    On the basis of the aggregate level of Conversion Notices received by the Company as previously announced, application has been made to
the UK Listing Authority for 2,409,609 new � Shares of no par value to be admitted to the Official List. Application has also been made for
such Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.  It is expected that such admissions will be effective and that dealings
in the new � Shares will commence on 11 November 2008. Accordingly, the Company's issued share capital with effect from 11 November 2008
will be as follows:

 � Shares    79,092,126

 EUR Shares  15,758,167

 US$ Shares  1,482,881


    All shareholders have equal voting rights based on the number of shares held. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the
Company is 96,333,174 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.

    The expected timetable to Conversion is as follows:
