Results of General Meeting

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 4 April 2011 (the "4 April Announcement"), China Wonder is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions proposed at today's general meeting have been passed. Accordingly, the proposed disposal (further details of which are contained in the 4 April Announcement) (the "Disposal") is no longer conditional on the approval of China Wonder shareholders. The Disposal, however, remains subject to certain of the other conditions outlined in the 4 April Announcement, including local government registration of the change of the ownership of Wonder Packing Machinery Co., Ltd. The outstanding conditions are expected to be satisfied within 28 days and a further announcement will be made when these conditions have all been satisfied.
