                      Changes in Significant Shareholders


The Company has received notification from Henderson Global Investors on 8
November 2006 that Henderson Global Investors and its associated companies
(acting as agent for its discretionary clients) held (either directly or
indirectly) 5,383,784 ordinary 1p shares in the Company, representing 5.98% of
the issued share capital of the Company. Of this holding, Henderson Absolute
Return Fund held 3,216,216 shares representing 3.57% of the issued share capital
of the Company.


Subsequently on 13 November 2006, the Company received a notification from
Henderson Global Investors that as of 10 November 2006, it no longer held a
disclosable shareholding in the Company.


The Company received a further notification on 17 November 2006 from Cantor
Fitzgerald Europe that as at 13 November 2006, it had an interest in and was the
registered holder of 4,020,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company constituting
4.47% of the issued share capital of the Company.
