    Confirmation of Upcoming Suspension and Notice of Annual General Meeting 
 
 
Upcoming Suspension 
 
Following the completion of the proposals (the "Proposals") to return capital to 
shareholders in March 2009, the Company has continued to seek acquisitions in 
line with its stated investing strategy to acquire leisure businesses. 
 
Pursuant to AIM Rule 15, the Company has been treated as an investing company 
for the purposes of the AIM Rules since completion of the Proposals and, as 
previously announced, this meant that the Company had to make an acquisition or 
otherwise implement its investing strategy within 12 months. However, due to a 
lack of an appropriate investment opportunity the Company has not made any such 
acquisition. 
 
Accordingly, in accordance with AIM Rule 15, the Company's shares will be 
suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 7:00am on 10 March 2010. The 
Company is considering a number of options with regard to its future, including 
the return of capital to shareholders, and an appropriate announcement will be 
made in due course, but should no acquisition be made and no alternative course 
of action announced within the next six months, the Company's shares will be 
cancelled from trading on 13 September 2010. 
 
Notice of AGM 
 
Also today Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it has today sent to shareholders 
the Notice of AGM and the Annual Report and Accounts. The AGM will be held at 
9:30am on Wednesday 31 March 2010 at 2nd Floor, 1 Lindsey Street, London, EC1A 
9HP.
