Results of General Meeting held on 4 December 2012

Cenkos Securities plc announces that at a General Meeting held today, a special resolution to authorise the Company to make market purchases of its own shares, (such authority being limited to the purchase of 9.9 per cent. of the Ordinary shares in issue (6,200,000 Ordinary shares)) was passed unanimously on a show of hands.
