Change In Substantial Shareholder's Interest 
 
 
 
The Company announces that on 2 June 2009 and 5 June 2009 it received 
notifications from Spinnaker Global Emerging Markets Fund Limited ("SGEMF") that 
SGEMF has (i) on 29 May 2009, sold 2,865,500 existing issued ordinary shares in 
the Company at an average price of 80.56 pence each, and (ii) on 2 June 2009, 
sold 345,690 existing issued ordinary shares in the Company at an average price 
of 87.57 pence each (collectively, the "Transactions"). The Transactions reduced 
SGEMF's holding in the Company from 22,681,500 existing issued ordinary shares 
(approximately 8.07% of the total issued share capital of the Company) to 
19,816,000 existing issued ordinary shares (approximately 7.05% of the total 
issued share capital of the Company), and further down to 19,470,310 existing 
issued ordinary shares (approximately 6.92% of the total issued share capital of 
the Company). The total holdings of the Spinnaker funds which have been notified 
to the Company are as follows:

number in accordance with the relevant provision contained in the Company's 
articles, which reflects the relevant provision of the UK Disclosure and

Share Capital and Substantial Interests 
 
 
As of 8 June 2009, CCP's issued share capital consists of 281,193,011 ordinary 
shares of par value GBP0.01 each. 
 
 
The above figure of 281,193,011 may be used by shareholders as the denominator 
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify 
their interest in, or a change to their interest in or in relation to, the share 
capital of the Company under the Company's articles of association (the 
"Articles").
