Extension of the Offer Period

Norton Gold Fields Limited ("Norton") has today announced that, in relation to its offer to acquire the ordinary shares in Bullabulling (the "Offer") and in accordance with section 650D of the Australian Corporations Act 2001, Norton has varied the Offer by extending the period during which the Offer will remain open so that the Offer will now close at 5.00pm (AWST) on 16 June 2014 (unless further extended).
