                              HOLDING IN COMPANY                               

Pursuant to the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, the Company received notification on 12 March 2008 that Mrs A Perham has
disposed of 18,000,000 ordinary shares in the company. Following this disposal
Mrs A Perham no longer has a beneficial interest in the issued share capital of
the Company.

On the same date the Company has been notified that the Trustees of Mrs M J
Grove A & M Trust (the "Trust") has purchased 24,000,000 ordinary shares in the
Company. Following this purchase the Trust has a beneficial interest in
35,300,000 ordinary shares representing 8.49 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 415,666,665 ordinary shares of 0.5
pence per share.
