    Announcement regarding suspension of trading
    The Company has requested that trading in its Shares be suspended with immediate effect as it is unable to publish its Annual Report and
Accounts this month, as required by AIM Rule 19 and its financial condition is deteriorating to the extent that it casts uncertainty as to
its future.
    This year, the Company's business plan has not moved forward because, although terms had been agreed by all parties, several
transactions did not materialise. This has negatively affected its financial condition, thus creating uncertainty as to its future.
    The Board is currently devoting all its efforts to explore several options with a view to securing the Company's future and will update
shareholders as soon as possible.
