Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Anpario plc (AIM:ANP), the international producer and distributor of natural animal feed additives for animal health, nutrition and biosecurity, announces that it has published its 2022 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which have today been sent to shareholders who have elected to receive them and which are also available to view on the Company's website at www.anpario.com/investor/.

The Board plans to hold the AGM at 11.00 am on Thursday 29 June 2023 at Unit 5 Manton Wood Enterprise Park, Worksop, Nottinghamshire, S80 2RS.

The AGM Notice together with a Form of Proxy are available at www.anpario.com/investor/shareholder-notices/.
