Re: Allotment of   34,825   shares against exercise of Employees Stock Options

June 9, 2006, by the Shareholders/Investors Grievance Committee of the Board,

34,825 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under
various ESOS as under:

Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from
