Pursuant to  the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges in India,  we have
notified  the Exchanges  that since the Company will be publishing the Audited
Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2005 within the three months
period as stipulated in the Listing Agreement ( i.e. on or before  June 30, 
2005), the unaudited Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2005 will not be
published.
