Interim dividend 
 
In the circular to shareholders dated 2 October 2009 it was stated 
that there may be a requirement to pay an interim dividend to satisfy 
section 842 of the Taxes Act for the period from 1 June 2009 to 
commencement of the liquidation and that details of any such dividend 
would be announced if and when appropriate. 
 
The Board of directors has today declared such an interim dividend of 
1.29p per Ordinary Share.  The dividend record date will be 23 
October 2009 and the payment date will be 6 November 2009. 
 
Subscription Shareholders who elect to convert their Subscription 
Shares into Ordinary Shares on 2 November 2009 will have no 
entitlement to the above interim dividend.
