Announcement of Partial Early Redemption of Notes and reduction of the Portfolio Notional Amount

The Issuer wishes to announce that the Portfolio Notional Amount has been reduced by USD 24,874,666.67 following a recent Replenishment Event and subsequent replenishment of the Portfolio. Consequently, the Outstanding Principal Amount under the Notes has been reduced and the Reference Portfolio as at the Effective Date included at Schedule B of Annex 4 (Form of Credit Default Swap Confirmation) of the series prospectus relating to this series is no longer current. Details of the current Outstanding Principal Amount under the Notes and a copy of the current Reference Portfolio are available upon request for inspection at the offices of the Issuing and Paying Agent during normal business hours.

Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the series prospectus relating to this series.
