Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 13, 2022, Uniroyal Global Engineered Products, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for its first fiscal quarter ended April 3, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
