Yeah...I realized it doesn't matter at this stage. I had another ticker that waited til late afternoon to file their 10-k. The OTC link showed it as "dark or defunct"...lol..... earlier today. I was like jesus man. I imagine there are a lot of tickers that went to expert today.

They still have to go through the exact same process as before(current uploads/ filings, form 211)........but it is hilarious given that they amended so much via Colorado and just became current there on Thursday. I mean five filings for Colorado with the first filed end of Feb ...and the past four ..last week.

The last known player was ILUS last Month. They just didn't tell you the name...and quite frankly, they are also shady and full of it in general.

So no...absolutely no relevance. The only thing relevant is this Company becoming current, which they have in Colorado as of today...and then financial uploads to OTC or hopefully a Form 10/S-1 and continue.

Those other two Companies are not relevant to this ticker or the current situation. Medsmart knew ahead of time that it was not going to provide a two year audit due to missing files. That Company is now defunct and Milanion hasn't filed anything with Nevada SoS since September of 2022..and is now in default in that jurisdiction.

It is literally the same target company and they already reincorporated in Nevada as Milanion. It may be totally dead now but how is that not relevant?

I understand but there are different types of expert. Theirs is very basic and I believe only requires just submission of up to date financials and a letter which is probably only a few $k to get done to get fully pink current. It is the cleanest shell I have seen so I have hopes it will do something one day. They said they needed 2020 and 2021 fins. They now can have entirely clean fins for 2022 and 2023 with zero business activity. They could do something like I L U S and spread out amongst several tickers. I will keep my eye out for any updates.

It's not doing anything, so just keep checking in @ Colorado SoS. That the first stop :) The MSGP thing doesn't apply here...and that one is inaudible and dead(expert market).

I wonder if I should wait until the shares get sorted out? No liquidity and unclear what happens to outstanding share price. Filings are due soon. M S G P will also be at the 2 year mark so they can get audited financials off of two years of no operations and might wake back up if that was the only blocker.

Wow! Just found your posts, I chased Milanion via MSGP and ILUS before for 3 years. Lost $30k on MSGP and could never get them to respond via contact. I am very surprised to see them in this new ticker. As you mentioned the audited financials were likely the problem, but that was also a while ago.
