To hook up with another scam would not be surprising. 😆 The focus for this company is pumping and selling the stock. Low volume relative to the move in price today. The announced series of press releases to come in March has done its job in convincing many to hold. Mexedia needs to work with what they have here since it looks like the SEC won't be qualifying the regulation A offering. This reverse merger has hinged on the reg A from the start. Several million in agreements there to buy Mexedia's way in.

People should know by now not buy up the press releases from this company. Ever see a company put so much effort into pumping a stock after dumping more than three billion shares in just a few months. This press release is a reprint form one this Nixxy's Auralink ran last Friday. Today they simply added in the flowery headline and Mexedia's name and once again Mexedia boasting about their 2023 numbers as if the crash of 2024 never happened. 🙄 I guess this Auralink newly qcquired software is suppose to bail out Mexedias losing business and cost nothing? The new buzz word these days is AI and off course throw around revenue number that could be.

Bottom line here is that Mexedia's real plan is in the Regulation A offering to pay for their Raadr reverse merger and the SEC so hasn't qualified it. Now they want to run a series of press releases talking about their plan while ignoring the failed year of 2024 and the agreements in the regulation A offering to pay for the reverse merger. Flip it if you can, these prices are a gift. You have to wonder why they are trying so hard to get the price with more than 6 billion shares outstanding now. My guess is that the SEC is sitting on that reg A after the shenanigans of the past few months. If the SEC does qualify the regulation A offering watch for this to get crushed.
