Went to Grace Period today because the Verified Company Profile is obviously out of sync with the last Annual Report.

To remain OTC Pink Limited the company has to have renewed the Company profile within 12 months and filed an Annual Report within 16 months from when the last one was due.

There is no way of individual traders knowing when the Verified Company Profile was last renewed.

It is likely that the new Management Certificate - which replaces the need for an Attorney Opinion Letter from January 31, 2025 - will cover the requirement.

Shareholders need a lawyer willing & able to file a class action lawsuit against Joe Ladin, Chad MacKay, Andrew Van Noy and whatever other insiders and paid pumpers were involved in this crap. I'd be willing to bet there's enough evidence out there in plain sight to prove it was a very elaborate scam from the beginning.

SFLM went "Dark or Defunct" today with a 15 day grace period before Expert Market.

Seems like it's a race to no bid vs the annual report filing which could add value. It makes no sense to destroy a company that cost money to clean up for no reason whatsoever, when they could have waited two plus years and found another company to buy more timely to their business plan (if they ever had a plan)..... Then again im old school. Lots of things don't make sense these days. Smh

I did plenty of positive contributing for almost two years. Until... the insiders got their money, threw SFLM in the trash and left shareholders for dead, just like the "bashers" said they would.

Approximately 150 million SFLM shares dumped in the last 41 days. Bid has decreased from 300+ million to 153 million.

Then... no bid left. And we, the shareholders, all lose everything.

Mr. MacKay has been active in philanthropy supporting children and families that have physical and/or mental challenges. He continues to work individually with those families and individuals to provide resources, tools, equipments, but most importantly support for the specific needs the have.

The longer this goes on, with millions of shares now being dumped almost daily and zero communication to shareholders, the more it feels like a typical OTC scam. Max out dilution, never file an annual report, reverse split and send it to expert market to die. If Chad would just say something, literally anything, maybe I wouldn't feel that way.

I now believe we were misled the entire time. Insiders used us as a piggy bank. I've pretty much accepted a total loss at this point. At least that way, any other outcome will be a pleasant surprise.

I guess he protected himself by saying there is no assurance it will work out.

I didn't realize this was posted in March 2024. I thought the last report was that one in the Fall of 2023 that was used by that group to run the share price to near .003.

This shell symbol still has worth to a new owner if the Chad isn't going to do anything. I can't give up.

The Chad mentioned in that last annual how he wants shareholder value. I wonder what his definition of that concept is? He did say a favorable statement about shareholder value so if it does go to no bid I'd say he misled us. I'd like to think the next annual will be our only saving grace. I hope it's timely and not released in the Fall like the last one.

Because the 300+ million on the bid is now down to half of that. It was only about 150 million today. Once someone dumps another 150 million, there's no bid left.
