Seriously though, it is pretty shocking that somebody with a legit plan hasn't taken this over. It's a debt free shell that doesn't have a zillion outstanding shares. Just needs a new name and a new home.
At this point, I think it's been long enough that most people won't care, or even remember, what previously transpired.

If we are determined and relentless we should be able to. This kind of behavior should not be allowed to pass! I would say that this is why things like this happens because it pays for organised slippery people in money and there is no consequence! We are the only ones who can change it or at least try to. These people are playing this system at the expense of decent every day people!! Its not better than fraud ! If this is what indeed has happened in this case! The only way to find out is unite and push for an investigation!! Short of an acceptable explanation from Chad we must ! In addition im going to post EVERY WHERE that people exercise extreme caution and consideration before buying ANYTHING WITH LOYAL TECHNOLOGY OR CHAD MACKAY! Chad is still acquiring companies and people need to be warned!!

We should be able to get at least an investigation into Mackay and Van Noy and that company that helped run up the stock in Sept/October of 2023.

Back when Ihub was involved in a penny stock scam the FBI stepped in arrested the hustlers who were using these boards and people went to prison. One of them was a CEO named Flo Tiernes. A poster named Art 2 Gecko also disappeared. An employee of Ihub also went to prison. Many believe he was Art 2 Gecko. Why is it we can't have the same level of investigation? This was around 2006

I couldn't agree more man, but outside of somebody with the means & knowledge hiring a private investigator, I'm not sure what the average shareholder can do about it.
The SEC has very little information and says to contact the company, which we all know isn't possible. OTC Markets says they cannot provide any information, due to their confidentiality agreement.
While a lot of money to most of us, this is small potatoes on the grand scale. The perfect place for criminals and fraudsters to hide.

On the surface it looks bad and Chad seems to show zero concern for his reputation and even LESS concern for the people who put up money! AT THE VERY LEAST a close look at all this is needed! If he has done no wrong great! But what i think and obviously others think seems to be emerging as correct! Do people not find this a little tough to swallow?

Like they have a. Actually traceable addresse and phone number. I have traded here for many years and though it's not perfect you can actually phone someone and speak to them. Guess it's my inexperience trading on the OTC showing here. It's hard to swallow that sflm was supposed to divest itself of the Jewelry business yet unless someone corrects me Chad HAS the only asset that sflm had while the ticker founders ? When you phone the man behind it all AND IT WAS HIM he can hang up the phone and continue hifjng behind a private number? Investing carries risk we all know that but what has happened here seems astounding, I phone my holdings often here in Canada and can actually as questions . THIS HIDING from people who put up money is just yikes! It screams of wrong doing and deserves looking into.

Knowing what I know now, I absolutely believe there was a plan. Make a bunch of money at our expense. Mission accomplished.

Honestly, I've found those charts are meaningless and never right. Especially for a dark OTC ticker with no actual company attached.
We can only keep our fingers crossed that someone notices a debt free shell with a decent SS and decides to take advantage of it.
Only 3bil of 5bil available shares outstanding, many of which likely have a cost basis of .0005-.002. There's value here for someone to shake out.

Not even Barcharts com will carry SFLM on their chart service now. Stockcharts dropped sflm years ago. Is the any free chart service out there anybody knows of still providing a chart for SFLM? At least TWOH still gets charts offered.

Plus there's no debt if I recall right.

I give this ticker zero chance of existing in 5 years. That said, I do think someone will figure out how to juice the remaining life out of it once the OTC rules change in July. Nobody can deny that the share structure is much more attractive than most other OTCs.
