Unless George Sharp decided to grab the shell, that is. I don't know how these custodians decide which shells to pursue and which to avoid. I only know that Sharp and Currier hate each other.

At least there's something to watch here now. I don't own any LLBO but if/when it starts trading I'll try to buy some, unless it spikes too high that first day, in which case I'll wait for it to settle down.

It's a safe bet that the chart will look just like KATX, KAST, ILST, ILUS, OWUV, KRFG, and every other custodianship play.

Usually a spike when they revive the ticker and a spike when they sell the shell, then downhill from there. You don't want to hold them past the new-owner hype. There might be one or two Cinderella stories out there, but the tickers I named above are the ones I watched for fun, and they were all disasters for those who held.

And when you look at the charts for the tickers above.... not Currier's fault or George Sharp's fault. They did their job and they made their money.

Well OK maybe OWUV was partly Currier's fault but I don't think she had ever been a CEO before. They tried some NFT's and somebody at the company struck a deal with a Bad Bunny imposter.... they also hyped a share buyback but then only bought back something like 5000 shares......

Let's see who stockrunners finds to buy the shell! Maybe LLBO will be the Cinderella custodianship that everyone talks about for the next ten years.

Currier's job is to sell a shell. She doesn't care who buys it -- she doesn't usually own stock in the shell after it's sold.

OWUV was a weird exception for Currier. She actually became CEO for awhile!

Currier and George Sharp sometimes get criticized for selling shells to scam companies, but that's not their concern. They resurrect a dead ticker, put some lipstick on the thing, and sell it.

And that's what stockrunners will try to do, presumably.

Currier at American International Holdings and some Chinese company FCCC according to my search now. She also has a Pinterest account profile. She attended some small college in Texas but somehow has the knowledge to play this shell game it seems. She held all the positions for KATX in 2021-2023 , I think she gets paid and everything turns to crap and she moves on. This all seems so fishy.

I hope LLBO trades again. But I'm reminded that LLBO is a Slippin' Jimmy Holmes sh*t show. When you start with a Jimmy Holmes scheme.........

Every filing that Holmes ever submitted to Nevada or OTCmarkets is suspicious, IMO. I remember how confident everyone was in June 2021 when Holmes said he gave Acropolis everything they needed to get the ticker Pink Current before September, and I was jumped on for saying "no way." Those who jumped on me in June 2021 are mostly gone. I see one is still around.

Whatever.

Here's a concern: on the Nevada site, SHOSHONI CORPORATE SERVICES is still the Agent. That makes no sense. That's Holmes' wife. She was the Agent for all of Jimmy's scam corporations in Nevada. Seems like Currier would (or should) have named a new Agent.

Anyway..... I read what Holmes said and what Ryan Ash said and what Acropolis' lawyers said, and an alarming amount of all that turned out to be lies, or at best, misconceptions. I hope LLBO trades again, but I'll believe it when I see it. Currier was pretty good at her job. If she couldn't get LLBO trading again, there's something wrong here that we don't know about.

It makes no sense for Acropolis and Currier to spend all that time and money to achieve a clean shell and then abandon it. They make money by SELLING THE SHELL. Something about this story doesn't ring true.

I don't see a lawsuit against Currier or Acropolis. They tried and failed. That's the Custodianship game. When you assume custodianship of a dead ticker, you don't know what you'll find.

You might have had a lawsuit against Holmes when he was alive. If you own Cyrcadia stock you might have a lawsuit against Royea now, although I'd wager that he covered his *ss at every step.

If stockrunners becomes Custodian, I think you'll get some transparency, and that would be a refreshing change.

Currier has a lot of experience reviving shells. If she couldn't revive LLBO, maybe it's a lost cause. Or maybe she retired for health reasons, and Acropolis couldn't do the job without her. At least this story has new life!

of course, LLBO no longer has any intellectual property.... LLBO is just a shell now... but Cyrcadia doesn't have any IP either. They allowed their patent to expire for nonpayment of maintenance fees in 2020.

Again, this has nothing to do with completing an audit for LLBO. Cyrcadia stock was never worth the paper it was printed on. I just find it interesting that anyone would allow their patents to expire by not paying maintenance fees -- LLBO and BIEL both.

LifeLine Biotech is REVOKED in Nevada, but Cyrcadia is DISSOLVED in Nevada, so writing off Cyrcadia as bad debt should be easy in an audit. I don't think Cyrcadia is the cause of the audit failure. I think stockrunners is going to hit a wall with the audit, but let's hope not.

I hope stockrunners assumes custodianship, but I will be surprised if anything comes of it. There's a reason that Currier couldn't get the audit completed and it's unlikely that stockrunners will have more success.

As I've stated several times in the past: I think the problem is the sketchy $332,607 debt mentioned in Note 8 on page 13 of the last financial statement:

I don't think Holmes kept good books. I don't think anyone knows who "Certain parties" are. They might not even exist. That debt might be a Jimmy Holmes parlor trick, but it's documented in the financial statements, so it's a problem.

Cyrcadia is long gone, certainly, but Royea and Benardis are still alive, I think, so they should be able to clean up that Cyrcadia mess in an audit -- call it a bad debt write-off.

I really hope Stockrunners does... the only communication we've ever had is from Stockrunners keeping Taps on everything and keeping us informed... nothing from Acropolis or Curier...  we would be in better hands for sure!!! Lucky, Have a look at StockRunners Twitter site today(Tues.2/25) on LLBO future possible status. StockRunners is going after Caren Currier and Acropolis, telling them they have 30 days to to get things together in Nevada. Sounds like StockRunners wants to become Custodian because Currier and Acropolis have abandoned shareholders. Please have a look and let me know what you think.

Arnie, Again, it has been almost 4 years since this traded. I would never sell at this point, but even you would have to wonder why so much silence. Acropolis and Currier are the ones that said Shareholder Value was their top priority, over 4 years ago. Hope I am wrong, but something should of happened by now. Lucky, I'm starting to believe Currier and Acropolis are hoping all the LLBO Shareholders will just disappear. Imagine all the Promises they made when they put in for Custodianship of LLBO with the courts. Remember Shareholder Value was what they told the Judge, and now they treat us like we do not exist. I wouldn't dump it for .0001 if that's what you're asking. I'd hold out hope for that audit. IF/when this ticker ever trades again, though, I'd dump it like a bad habit. Custodians like Caren Currier and GS make money and anyone who dumps on the spike before the actual RM makes money, but anyone who holds through the RM gets burned. Look at KAST and KATX and OWUV and ILST and KFRG and all the rest of Currier's RM plays.

Pinksheet sub-penny trading isn't investing, it's gambling. Win some, lose some. IMO this ticker became garbage when Holmes transferred all the IP to Cyrcadia and abandoned LLBO. That was a long time ago. If you've held this long, why not keep holding and hope for the miracle.

IF this ticker ever trades again, though, rest assured that the new company won't have anything to do with the ITbra.

And with LLBO having basically $0 Value, what could they be doing an Audit on(Especially since Holmes Family is totally out of the Picture)/Why so Silent??

I think you just have to wait until they complete the audit. That appears to be the roadblock.

if by "shareholder rights" you mean the right to sue somebody, I think that "somebody" was Jimmy Holmes. I don't see any basis for a lawsuit against Acropolis.

In July the Courts washed their hands of LLBO Custodianship, The thought was that Acropolis or Caren Currier would at least make LLBO tradeable while waiting for possible Merger. It's been total silence. What could be their reasoning to not let this trade while waiting for Merger. Is this Legal and do shareholders have any rights here?
