Pet Ecology: Update on Full Reporting

DALLAS, TX--April 07, 2008 - Pet Ecology Brands, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PECD) company announced on April 4th, 2007 that it had begun the process that is intended to allow the Company to become a reporting company in full compliance with the Securities Act of 1934.

The company and its auditors (Malone & Bailey PC, of Houston, Texas) have finished the 2005, 2006 audits and is more than 90% complete with the 2007 audit. The Company intends to secure a listing on the OTC electronic bulletin board when all audits are complete and filed with the SEC.

The company's current status has been elevated from "Limited Information" to "Current Information" listed on the http://pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=pecd exchange.
