Public Company Management Corporation (OTCBB: PCMC) announced the appointment of Edwin J. Apenbrink as PCMC's State Securities Consultant. Apenbrink will work specifically with PCMC clients that are filing for Nevada State Registered Offerings. Nevada's unique registration programs allow small companies to raise up to $1 million by offering securities to residents of, and qualified guests in the State of Nevada.

Apenbrink also managed the state regulation of securities department in several major law firms including Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam & Roberts and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan in New York; King & Spalding in Atlanta; and Calfee, Halter & Griswold in Cleveland.
