Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
The Company announced that Mr. David Wilson has submitted his retirement as CFO for health reasons effective March 8, 2011. The Board wishes to thank Mr. Wilson for his years of invaluable service to the Company.
The Company announces the appointment of Mr. Richard Carmichael as CFO. Mr. Carmichael is currently the VP of Finance for Kodiak Energy, Inc. and will retain that role also.
