Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (`PDMRs')

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), Hays plc notifies that, on 28 March 2013, the following PDMR was granted an option over the stated number of Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at an option price of 88p per share pursuant to the Hays UK Sharesave Scheme. The option will become exercisable from 1 May 2016 until 31 October 2016.
