STOCKHOLM--Swedish industrial tool maker Atlas Copco AB said Wednesday that it has acquired Entreprises Larry Inc., a distributor of air compressor solutions based in Montreal, Canada.

Privately-owned Entreprises Larry was founded in 1963 and has 65 employees.

The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
