Cogitore Resources Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:WOO) is pleased to report
that three infill drill holes on the Central Lens were successful in confirming
the shape and grades of the lens at least on one drill section. The program was
done to confirm an interpretation of the Central Lens sector as first proposed
by Roscoe Postle Associates in 2011.

"The infill holes significantly de-risk the total Scott resource estimate, which
currently stands at 5.4 million tonnes at 1.2% copper 4.6% zinc 0.2g/t gold and
34g/t silver," says Company President Dr. Gerald Riverin.

One new hole and two wedge holes resulted in intercepts at roughly 15-20 metre
spacings on section 1500W. Vertical depth to the sulphide intercepts ranges from
250 metres to 325 metres. Highlights are:

All of the above assay intervals are weighted averages of several individual
assays. The true thickness of the massive sulphides is estimated to be 95% and
100% of the core lengths. The mineralized intervals encountered are in line with
the block model interpretation made by RPA in the course of the 2011 resource
estimate. The currrent interpretation on Section 1500W suggests two sub-parallel
east-west trending massive sulphide bodies (Upper and Lower zones), dipping
about 35-50 degrees to the north and separated by mafic intrusive rocks (dykes
or sills) sub-parallel to the sulphide units. The stringer sulphides intersected
at the bottom of SC-69 also confirms the block model interpretation for this
portion of stringer zones.

"Central Lens massive sulphide mineralization is best developed between sections
1300W and 1500W, and is associated with the Scott Rhyolite, one of two rhyolite
volcanoes associated with mineralization on the property. However, in detail
massive sulphides are primarily hosted between mafic dykes or sills, which seem
to have dilated or separated the massive sulphides from their original location
on top of the rhyolite upwards into mafic dykes or sills. The geology is
complicated by the dyking," concludes Riverin, "but the good news is that the
Central Lens sulphides are elevated closer to surface during the process."

All drill core discussed in this press release was logged and marked up for
assay at the Company's secure facility in Chibougamau, Quebec. Drill core for
assay was split in half. Half of the core was shipped in sample bags to
Laboratoire Expert Inc. of Rouyn-Noranda and ALS Chemex of Val d'Or with
appropriate standards, duplicates and replicates used for quality control
purposes. The other half of the core is retained for future reference.

Work is carried out by the Company's personnel, under the supervision of Gerald
Riverin, PhD, P.Geo. He is a qualified person (as defined by National Instrument
43-101) and has more than 35 years of experience in VMS exploration.

Upcoming Events

Management of Cogitore Resources will be present at the 2012 PDAC in Toronto,
Ontario. We look forward to meeting you at this event:

March 4-7, 2012 - Investors Exchange - Level 800 Booth # 3013

The Company has developed a strategic focus on base metal exploration in
prospective areas that also feature infrastructure favourable for mining
development. Accordingly, it will focus its work in the Abitibi Belt of Quebec
and Ontario.
