(“iSIGN” or “Company”) (TSX-V: ISD) (OTC: ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile proximity advertising solutions, announced that it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for approval to extend the exercise date for the 677,777 outstanding warrants issued in May 2015 in conjunction with a private placement.

The 677,777 warrants due to expire on May 11, 2019 will be extended to May 11, 2020.  There is no change to the original exercise price of $0.27.  These warrants are held by two individuals who are both officers and directors of the Company.
