Creso Exploration Announces Extension of Warrants

Creso Exploration Inc. ("Creso" or the "Corporation") (TSX
VENTURE:CXT)(OTCQX:CRXEF)(FRANKFURT:C3X) is pleased to announce that, subject to
regulatory approval, it has agreed to extend for two year the term of the
following previously issued share purchase warrants:
