spinal implant company, has been asked by the TSX Venture Exchange and IIROC
Market Surveillance to comment on the Corporation's recent trading activity. 


Aurora Spine's management is unaware of any undisclosed material change or
corporate development in its existing operations that would account for the
recent decrease in the Corporation's share price. The Corporation will update
the market accordingly to the extent that any material change does occur in
relation to its existing operations.
