Someone please explain to me how reduced income creates a 40% increase in trust expenses? Seems the only one making money is the Trust administrator win-lose-or draw they always come out with all the profits.

The divi destruction continues to get worse

From a great divi play to just another imploding turd in less than a year.

Stock is now, using simple mathematics, overvalued by about $6 a share IMO

WOW, just a penny dividend. Ive seen a lot of companies chop their dividends because of the Fed raising rates. SJT is no different.

Things were much rosier in the market under a Republican administration

What is going on?? OPEC declared they would cut production the next 12 months.

The divi is just a little smaller from same time last year, it moves between .10 and .16 anywhere in that range. Yes we are waiting for the supply cuts which should help revenue gains. I would absolutely love to see this drop to the $8 area and I would buy more. I own mine at $7.06 per share so the divi fluctuations don't really bother me.

That big divi was for year end I believe.

No wonder the huge share price drop . Huge divi drop as well yet they are poised to make a lot more money based on all the OPEC price cuts for the next 12 months.

My bad SJT if fine it was another Royalty I own that has the Highlander problem.

I love SJT is has treated me well and I expect it will continue to pay well.

I expect the divi to drop back into the teens as I believe this last divi was for year end. Oil should continue to climb as OPEC cuts output.

Didn't know that. What happened to it.

The divi will evaporate in a month or two if they don't get the Highlander back on line and I haven't heard a word about it or whether will even restart it.

Lets see what April looks like. Big drop in share price. Might be because of the divi payment.
They usually announce aound the 21st of the month.

June divi declared $0.111613 per Unit which equates to a 12.16% increase over May's .0918 divi

Price has been dropping so it seems to getting close to add time.

I'm betting the divi will start to climb again with oil as high as it is.

Anyone following this stock/unit lately? Hillcorp seems to be a good operator, Conoco released a large test HZ in the Mancos shale in a deeper formation, and the portfolio of current vertical wells seems to be 20% or so over the Mancos. Older leases would seem that the trust is sitting on valuable lease rights, but not sure with this net override. Any thoughts?
