Announcement Regarding Expected Appointment of Diane Pearse to Board of Directors

On April 18, 2023, the Company announced that Diane Pearse is expected to be appointed to serve as an independent director on the Company’s board of directors and as a member of the Audit Committee and Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability Committee, immediately following the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on April 27, 2023.
