announces the sale of the collateral regarding Reference Claim No. 3. Based on the net sales proceeds, it is expected that this will lead to a total loss for the Floating Rate Amortising Credit Linked Notes Classes B, C, D as well as E. It is likely that this will lead to a total or at least substantial loss for the Floating Rate Amortising Credit Linked Notes A2. Further, this may also concern the Floating Rate Amortising Credit Linked Notes Class A1+.
