Brett Gerard Joins Mercer’s Houston Office as Partner and Senior Client Manager

Mercer announced today that Brett Gerard recently joined the
firm’s Houston office as Partner and Senior Client Manager. In this
role he will help ensure client satisfaction and further build
client relationships across Mercer Talent, Health, Retirement and
Investments business lines throughout the greater-Houston market.
Mr. Gerard reports to Dave Hilborn, Senior Partner and Houston
Office Leader.
Mr. Gerard joins Mercer from The RightThing, an ADP Company,
where for the past six years he led the firm’s business global
development efforts in the recruitment process outsourcing
industry. Earlier in his career he held consulting and sales
leadership positions of increasing responsibility at TPI,
Korn/Ferry International Futurestep, Hewitt Associates (now Aon
Hewitt) and Aetna.

Mr. Gerard earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in government and
