América Móvil Informs about the Listing of Its ADSs Representing Series A Shares on the New York Stock Exchange

América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. (“AMX” or the “Company”) (BMV: AMX) (NYSE: AMX) (NASDAQ: AMOV)
(LATIBEX: XAMXL), announced today that, pursuant to the
resolutions adopted at its Shareholder Meeting, held on October 6,
2016, relating to the delisting of its American Depositary Shares
representing Series A shares of the Company (the “ADSs”, each ADS representing the right to receive
20 Series A shares of the Company), currently listed on the NASDAQ
Stock Market (“NASDAQ”), the Company
intends to transfer the listing of the ADSs from NASDAQ to the New
York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”).
The Company expects that the ADSs will be listed and begin
trading on the NYSE on December 13, 2016 under the ticker symbol
“AMOV” and that, in the meantime, the ADSs will continue to trade
on NASDAQ.
