Mr. Sparks has been working in the computer and communications industry since 1982. He has spent the last 5 years designing and developing SIP-based IP communications infrastructure. Recently he has been an active contributor to IETF protocol development, with a strong focus on improving interoperability of SIP and SIMPLE implementations.
