Judging by market reaction....

Its seems the market doesn't have a problem with the consolidation either, in fact one could reasonably say the market likes the decision based on the + movement in the PPS.

Bye bye XBKS as a penny stock....start paying a dividend and I bet the PE ratio goes up to at least 20

I'm okay with it....

XBKS at currently levels qualifies as a penny stock in many eyes, despite +EPS. Bringing down the OS # will allow them to do forward splits in the future if they continue performing.....and if they return to paying dividends (legacy HMPR paid divies before the GFC) they'll be fine.

There's no "one size fits all" rule with share consolidations...I think they're doing it for positive reasons.

I think it's a big mistake to do reverse stock split. Makes it seem like management is more interested in stock price instead of profits imho. The pps would go up over time and be sustainable.

This stock held by a bunch of mutual funds. Continue to accumulate over the long run. Also has a favorable bullish trend. All the shorter term moving averages are above the longer term moving averages.

XBKS-Zenith got 4.4 shares_of_Hampton_&_cash for the fraction involved in the transaction.Hampton kept Zeniths' ticker though.Share Structure unknown by me,as well as bottom.

I'm guesstimating OTC profile_&_ E*trade snapshot is not correct_&_ bottom for the "new" XBKS ticker is around whatever the bottom was for Hampton-$1.50+ to $1.70+
