Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification today from Pension Services Ltd on behalf
British Steel Pension Fund, informing it that they have an interest 2,200,000
ordinary shares of 10p each representing 3.11% of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
