Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

The Board of Directors of Third Coast Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) is deeply saddened to report that Norma J. Galloway, a Director of the Company since 2019 and a former executive officer of the Company’s subsidiary, Third Coast Bank, SSB, passed away unexpectedly on July 7, 2023. The Board of Directors would like to express its deepest condolences to Norma’s family and friends during this difficult time. The Company is extremely grateful for Norma’s many years of service.
