ScanSource Inc. Added to S&P SmallCap 600 Index NEW YORK, April
28 /PRNewswire/ -- ScanSource Inc. will replace American Management
Systems Inc. in the S&P SmallCap 600 Index after the close of
trading on Thursday, April 29, 2004. American Management Systems is
being acquired by S&P/TSX MidCap constituent CGI Group in a
tender offer anticipated to be completed on or about that date.

ScanSource is a wholesale distributor of specialty technology
