Half way to the 1.2M allocated.  I find it interesting the 10b5-1 plan is worded as "purchase" or sale.   If these plans are all predefined and set with specific parameters for the broker to carry out why include that wording?
The plan expires on June 11, 2025 and provides for the purchase or sale of an aggregate of 1.2 million shares of common stock.

Little over 9 million left. Prices varied from 2.88 to 2.84 on the 21st.

Another 100,000 sold by Mark this week which amounts to 600,000 sold in a year. Price of sale 2.88.

7 or 8 weeks till earnings.  We can handle it!  But then Q1 comes quick after our YE.  Looking forward to back to backs showing our trajectory.  It'll put us in a different league imo

WOW, As previously mentioned, I've been buying $2.50 calls.
Usually a good strategy, but in this case, they're way up my azz. So far up, I'm choking.
Eventually, I'll end up puking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And if CEO has more than one plan in operation? Guess he would wait until the fire expires?
