GHX and Neoforma Announce Expiration of Hart-Scott-Rodino Waiting Period

period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of
1976 with respect to the proposed acquisition of Neoforma by GHX
has expired. The expiration of the waiting period satisfies a
