Effective October 22, 2014 Dennis W. Wells has been promoted from Chief Operating Officer (COO) to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of LSI Industries Inc. ("LSI"). As previously contemplated, and consistent with the Company's management succession plan, Robert J. Ready no longer holds the title of Executive Chairman, but will remain as Chairman of LSI's Board of Directors.

LSI Industries Inc. Promotes Dennis W. Wells to Chief Executive Officer

CINCINNATI, Oct. 22, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LSI Industries Inc. (Nasdaq:LYTS) today announced that Dennis W. Wells has been promoted from Chief Operating Officer (COO) to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As previously contemplated, and consistent with the Company's management succession plan, Robert J. Ready no longer holds the title of Executive Chairman, but will remain as Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Company expects to release its results for the first quarter ended September 30th on November 10, 2014.
